The loss of one of our founding members, Bill Trotter

On April 10th BCRRT lost one of our founding members. Bill passed after a hard-fought battle against cancer. Not only was Bill the husband of Director Cheryl, he also helped transport hundreds of rescued Border Collies across Texas and Oklahoma. Bill gave his heart helping socialize so many, helping them heal from their pasts, and giving them the opportunity to find their forever homes. Bill was a very strong man with a huge heart. While we know God has his room ready, we will all greatly miss him. We know he helped escort so many BC’s across the Rainbow Bridge as the final act of sacrifice and rescue. Gods Speed Bill. Our deepest condolences to his family and to his wife of 30 years, Cheryl.
