#633 Lola, Female, One Year Old
Meet Lola, the super fun parvo survivor! Lola is a beautiful red and white female border collie around 32lbs. Just a few days after coming into the rescue, Lola gave her foster mom quite the scare. Foster mom knew something was wrong and rushed her to the vet clinic where she was diagnosed and treated for Parvo. Lola proved to be a fighter and after several days of hospitalization, she pushed through and came home. She is now a healthy and happy one-year-old pup with a lot of spunk and Parvo free!
Lola loves people and wants with them all the time. She loves ALL toys! Although, her favorite toys are ropes/tugs and Holee Rollers. Lola is high energy, athletic, smart, toy and food motivated, and dare I say an agility prospect. Lola’s forever family will have a blast with this super fun girl!
Lola is crate trained, potty trained, knows sit, down, come, off, fetch and how to walk on a leash. A perfect home for Lola would be one where she would be an only dog so she can hog all the love, attention and toys to herself, and allowed on the furniture to cuddle with you. She needs a large backyard to run and play with her people. Lola has been good with her foster home’s cats, but she is highly curious and does chase them.
Lola will be ready for her adoption at the end of June. She is Heartworm negative, microchipped, current on vaccines, currently on heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention, and will be spayed before adoption.
