#844 Biscuit, Male, Adult

Biscuit is a two year old 65 pound Australian Shepard with TONS of energy and personality that wants your love and affection all day. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and heartworm negative.
Biscuit came to us after being returned by his family for accidentally bumping into his elderly family members and knocking them over. While he can be a little clumsy, he is the biggest sweet heart you’ll ever meet.
Biscuit is house trained and will bark to let you know when he needs to go outside to potty. He knows sit, shake, and down. Biscuit is very submissive and friendly. He can go go go forever, but during the day he’s okay with napping until you’re done with work. Biscuit will need fur siblings who are patient and also love to play!
He is not a fan of car rides or his crate, however he gets a little better each time he practices. When he first gets in the car he can be pretty drooly, so make sure you have lots of towels!
He has not been tested around cats or children, however he is sweet to babies (if you don’t mind lots and lots of kisses). We would recommend Biscuit go to a home with older, dog savvy children. Because of his occasional jumping and past owner history, Biscuit would probably not do well in a home with elders that are fall risks.
Biscuit loves to run but would benefit from further leash training, making him a possible jogging buddy in the future. He is very vocal and will “talk back” when he doesn’t agree with you or simply when he is demanding more attention.
If you’re looking for a large bed buddy, you’ve found him. Biscuit LOVES to cuddle at night and will paw at you to let you know how happy he is to be next to you. Biscuits’ ideal home would have a large yard, lots of toys to chew on, and parents who will cuddle with him all night! Interested in adopting this loveable boy? Fill out an application today!
