#423 Jenna, Female, Nine Months Old, Good with Dogs
Hi! My name is Jenna. I am about a year old. My foster mom calls me a wild child. Not sure what that means, but I love to have fun! I’ve got so much energy that it just spills out. I have been with my foster mom and dad for a week, and they have been working with me; teaching me things like “Sit” and “Down”. I am doing pretty good with that. I also started going into the crate on my own. I am very good in my crate, and don’t bark or cry. They don’t like me to go potty in the house on the rug for some reason so we are working on that. I am doing better, but I like to stay in the house with them, so we have more work to do there. I love to cuddle and be loved.
When I was young, I was hit by a car, which broke my pelvis and femur and dislocated my knee cap. I was never treated for my injuries, so the bones have healed wrong. I have limited use of my right hind leg, but it doesn’t slow me down at all. I can run and jump with the best of them. I may not be perfect, but I am perfectly PAW-SOME!
I will be spending the next few weeks with my foster family getting “polished” as mom says and putting on a little weight and then I will be looking for my furever family.
Jenna is UTD on all her vaccines and is heartworm negative. She is great with other dogs but has not been tested with cats or children.
