#462 Kiwi, Female, Four Months Old
Kiwi is almost fully potty trained and is learning to use potty bells to ask to go outside. She sleeps a full 7 hours quietly in her crate, as well as takes her meals in the crate to associate crating with goodies. She LOVES to play fetch with both Frisbee and ball and is quickly learning her basic commands! Overall, in the home, she’s a pretty laid back girl.
Kiwi loves being around the other 4 dogs in her foster home, so will need to go to a home that has at least one dog or a dog-friendly cat. She has been introduced to cats and did fine. Children over 6 would be fine with Kiwi. An active family that loves including a puppy in their activities is what Kiwi dreams of.
Kiwi and her siblings came to BCRR via the Andrews, Tx shelter. All puppies were sick, with Kiwi being hospitalized for parvo virus. She is now a healthy survivor and ready to find her forever family! Date of birth for the litter is around the first part of December.
